Plumbing Questions
There are several ways in which you will be able to tell if your pipes have burst, with the following being the most common; Fluctuating water pressure, central heating is gurgling, the boiler will not turn on, no water coming out of taps or your sink is clogged, and toilet flushes slowly.
There are several reasons why your radiator may not be heating up, so we advise that you contact our team for assistance to determine the issue. However, the most common reasons are due to a broken down boiler, burst pipe or a clog in the pipes.

Boiler Questions
Unfortunately, the team will have to turn off your central heating system and hot water when installing a new boiler, but will ensure that this disruption is kept to a minimum. If you are having your boiler installed in the winter, then we would recommend turning on some electric heaters to keep your home at a comfortable temperature while our engineers work on your heating system.
Depending on the model that you choose, there are extended warranties available. Please ask our team for more information about our warranties depending on the products you are purchasing.
Our team can complete a survey on your heating system to diagnose the cause of your issue and advise you on the best solution. In some cases, the boiler may be too damaged for repairs, or the cost of repairs may be similar to a full replacement, in which we would then advise that this is the best route for you.

Heating Questions
Yes, our team can move radiators around your home to more convenient locations if you wish. The team can also give you advice on the best locations for your radiators to maximise heat and reduce wasted energy.
You are able to install underfloor heating into any home type, no matter the material it has been constructed with. If you have any concerns about installing your underfloor heating, then please feel free to contact the team for additional information.

Emergency Questions
An emergency is anything that will cause danger to those inside the house or the house itself. For example, a gas leak can be extremely dangerous for those inside the property as it can cause carbon monoxide poisoning and can cause fires/explosions if sparks cause an ignition. Usually, emergency maintenance is required for gas leaks and water leaks, but if you are unsure, please call our team immediately.
This depends on the extent of the damage but we will be able to give you a rough quote based on the information you provide. However, this cost may be higher depending on what our team finds and how bad the damage is.
